Declan Reilly works with Accenture’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice in Ireland, helping organisations use digital technology, data and new ways of working to improve the delivery and operation of major infrastructure.

His work spans complex capital programmes across areas including energy, utilities, transport, construction and the built environment, with a particular focus on how digital tools, project controls, data and AI can improve decision-making, manage risk and deliver better outcomes across the infrastructure lifecycle.

Declan has also been involved in Accenture’s recent work examining Ireland’s infrastructure challenge and how digital and AI can help move major projects from ambition to successful delivery.

He brings a strongly practical perspective to the discussion: where technology is genuinely improving infrastructure delivery, where it is not, and what Ireland can learn from major projects at home and internationally.
