Jamie Cudden is an Executive Manager, Corporate Services and Transformation Department in Dublin City Council. In this role he is responsible for Corporate Services, Media Relations, Communications, Digital Services, Data, Smart Cities and Transformation. He is leading the delivery of the Council’s 5 year Digital Transformation Strategy.

Previous to this role he led the Smart City programme for the City Council from 2014 – 2024 where he established the regional Smart Dublin program in 2015, an award-winning initiative leveraging new and emerging technologies to deliver better services for Dubliners. He has a proven track record of bringing together partners from industry, start-ups, academia, and public agencies to attract investment and new ideas for piloting and scaling smart city opportunities. He has a Masters in GIS from University College London and a Degree in Natural Sciences from Trinity College Dublin.
