Paul Conroy has over 30 years experience in IT, as former Head of IT at Bank of Ireland, a Chief Information Officer at Mediolanum, and Global Head of IT at CDB Aviation. He has operated successfully in both local and global environments across a wide range of technologies and initiatives. Paul has direct hands-on experience in developing successful cyber security strategies and their implementation across both public and private sector organisations on a global scale.

Paul is also a professional certified international athletics coach. He trained for the Olympics in 2000 and represented Ireland at an international level. He currently coaches the next generation of high-performance Irish athletes
