Julie Galbraith is Partner and Head of Employment & Labour Law at Eversheds Sutherland LLP. Julie advises clients on all aspects of the employment relationship from recruitment to termination. She works with public and private sector clients on contentious and non-contentious employment issues to deliver on the business needs of our clients. Julie also advises clients on the opportunities and challenges around the use of Generative AI in the workplace and the importance of bringing your employees along on the AI journey.

 Julie is Chair of the Employment Law Association of Ireland (ELAI), the leading membership body for employment lawyers in Ireland.  She successfully lobbies on behalf of employment lawyers and employers to the WRC for reform. She is also a member of the GAA’s Central Hearing’s Committee reflecting her experience in administrative law and procedural best practice.
