Jan Carroll, founder of Fortify Institute, is an internationally recognised cybers security educator and trainer, delivering flexible, innovative training solutions to help close the skills gap and increase diversity in the industry. Recently named a Most Inspiring Woman in Cyber 2024. A lifelong learner and collector of industry certs, Jan has embarked on a Professional Doctorate journey focusing on cyber security and training. 

Jan is the Programme Leader for the Postgraduate Diploma in Cybersecurity, a Springboard programme delivered by Chevron College in partnership with the University of Sunderland.
