Patrick Moran is the Head of the Public Service Transformation Delivery Unit in the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation.

The Public Service Transformation Division is responsible for implementation of the Better Public Services strategy designed to create inclusive, high quality and integrated Public Services that meet the needs and improves the lives of the people of Ireland.

The strategy is framed around three core themes of Digital and Innovation at Scale, Workforce and Organisation of the Future, and Evidence-Informed Policies and Services Designed for and with our Public. Key initiatives currently underway include the development of a digital public services plan and data strategy to underpin the achievement of these goals.
