This new category reflects the shift in public service strategy towards life-event based delivery — designing services around real user journeys rather than organisational structures.

Judges are looking for:

  • Which life event or user journey was improved?
  • How were services joined up across organisations?
  • How much simpler is the experience now for the user?
  • What evidence shows improved outcomes (time, steps, satisfaction)?
  • Did you design around real user needs or internal structures?

Judges reward clear evidence, not claims. Use data, examples and results wherever possible.

Open to any government-funded service across the island of Ireland.
