Cleo is responsible as a Principal Officer for the development, live support, maintenance and enhancement of Revenue’s business tax collection systems.

She is currently serving as a Principal Officer within the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) and Logistics Division at the Office of the Revenue Commissioners. In this capacity, she is responsible for driving tech-led innovation, tech adaptability, and steering the continuous development, maintenance, and enhancement of critical business tax collection systems.

With deep expertise in public sector ICT strategy, secure infrastructure, and emerging technological advances, Cleo brings an essential operational perspective to the discussion.
