Martina Finn is the Managing Director of AtkinsRéalis Ireland. She is a Chartered Engineer and structural engineer with over 30 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, having been with the company (formerly Atkins) since 2001.

She has extensive experience managing complex public and private infrastructure projects, and leads an organisation that connects data and technology to revolutionise modern infrastructure systems.

Her direct oversight of major public sector works, such as the digital information management and sustainable design frameworks for the M28 transport project, provides her with deep practical insight into how data, connectivity, and digital design practices optimise asset lifecycles and reinforce structural resilience.
